Bubble Waffles!

Bubble Waffles will premiere at Peterbrooke Winter Park this Friday! We are so excited to be the first place in Orlando and Winter Park to offer these decadent creations! We have been working hard behind the scenes to perfect our recipes and only give you the best! Have you ever heard of or tried Bubble Waffles? Here's a little background on them. Bubble Waffles (also known as egg waffles) originated in Hong Kong and are among the most popular snacks sold by street vendors. They were first seen in the 1950's, and are best served hot, either plain or with toppings such as strawberry or chocolate. Here at Peterbrooke, we don't do anything plain! We are stuffing these fluffy waffles with our Italian Gelato and topping with whipped cream, and everything from M&M's, Fruity Pebbles, chocolate chips, and more!
